With an extensive background in real estate, Chris has earned his Brokers License as well as Seven National Designations ABR - Accredited Buyers Representative, ALHS - Accredited Luxury Home Specialist, CRS - Certified Residential Specialist, CSP - Certified Short Sale Professional, GRI - Graduate, Realtors Institute, e-PRO - Advanced Internet Training, TRC - Transnational Referral Certified. Chris also is a licensed Mortgage Broker and has a full understanding of financing plus is a LCAM-Licensed Community Association Manager. First, get to know a little about Chris. Chris is a native of Spokane, Washington and transferred with his family to the Orlando area in July 1978. Wow, what a contrast, wheat fields to Mickey Mouse! It all started for him in the custom home business where he learned everything from the ground up, literally, from digging footers to designing and building custom homes.
